Good alternative to traditional layouts

I bought the headlight and taillight versions. Both lights are very powerful and I really like being able to get a wider beam than with a traditional headlight design. The instructions don't make any sense. When trying to enter strobe mode, you may think that you just press and hold the power button to enter strobe mode. Instead, use the following instructions: 1) Charge it for 2 hours when you first receive it (this is correct in the manual). Any Micro USB charger will work. I used my 2.1 amp fast charger for both lights and it charged very quickly with no heat issues. 2) To turn on the device in non-strobe mode, simply press and release the power button. It glows with low brightness. Click once for medium. Click again for bright. Pressing the force from this point will simply cycle through 3 settings. 3) To turn off the power. Press and hold the button for a few seconds, it will go out and turn off. Or just press the button a couple of times, if it pops up on the 15th press it just turns off (probably assuming you couldn't figure out that you have to long press to turn it off). 4) To turn on the device in STROBE mode, firmly press and hold the power button until the indicator lights up. As with the full settings, press the power button to cycle through 3 different settings in sequence. Medium Slow, Medium Fast, High Slow - this is how I would explain the strobe modes (to be honest there is very little difference between the 1st and 3rd modes so I would say you have a slow strobe mode and a fast strobe mode ) . Yet again. On the 15th click (5th time through settings) it will decide you're an idiot and shut down. Sardonic explanations aside, I really like the lighting and the editing devices worked well for me.
