The ease of use and how easy it was to learn! We are able to easily pull up all our calibrations in one place allowing us to quickly find what we need when needed, without having to email or call each other about specific measurements that were not included in the last set of results sent out from another user's computer. It would be nice if you could have multiple users edit data at once instead just 1 person per day. Sometimes this can cause issues with accuracy because sometimes people tend to get off task while working. This software has helped me in my job by making sure I am always using correct tools for various jobs as well as keeping track of all the calibrations done within our facility so there isn't any confusion later on.
