vhs now works fine on my two machines
Shouldn't have used it right away. I noticed that the return window is now closed when I plugged it in, the DVD part doesn't work. The message on the screen says hard drive failure in all my movies I've tried. The DVD portion was just what I needed as my old pad came out on this site. vhs now works perfectly on both of my computers. Is there a way to get my money back. I've never had a bad product from the Amazon people and now I'm a little hesitant to buy it. 08.03.2018
