Review on LU Store Reusable Copybook Disappear by Kim Sanchez

This item comes with a pen barrel and multiple Disappearing Ink refills. The case broke after a few hours of using the pen. The handles will not fit any other standard handle due to their unique shape. I have contacted the seller for a replacement pen case or a refund for the product. Without a functional handle, the entire product is useless. The seller said shipping from China was too expensive and offered to refund 1/4 of the purchase price. I asked again for a new pencil case or a full refund and they offered an additional $1. I said the ENTIRE PRODUCT IS USELESS without a working handle! Half of the purchase price refunded. Not satisfied with the product and not satisfied with the seller.
