Locknuts freeze on bolts

Pros: Very handy to have 5/16 locknuts for the price. Cons: But also, as others have said, 1 out of every 5th or 6th. The lock nut won't fully tighten. It only freezes on the 5/16" screw and the only way to get it off is to unscrew it or cut it off with a grinder. It was a great pain to do this in a confined space
