It's easy to use with our existing system of record for payrolls/benefits & HRIS systems as well has an excellent interface between both platforms (PCR). The customer support team at PCR are also very helpful when it comes down to any issues or questions we may have! We've had no problems thus far using this product but I can see how other companies would be hesitant due their lack in experience working within ERP environments such as ours which require high level customization beyond what they provide out of box solution from them - so if you're looking into purchasing software then make sure your needs match up 100% wth theirs before making final decision about whether its right fit fo ryou /your business model etc.. Easy integration process once setup was complete however some features were not easily accessible without proper training by staff member who setup initial implementation phase therefore required.
