I'm completely satisfied with the product, it works.
While I put 4 stars, because. I'm waiting for a response from support. The family is happy with the column, and so am I, just a small residue that Alice does not recognize me and does not introduce me. π And one moment. A column can only be on one user. The user creates a house, where he then registers a column. If you want Alice to recognize other users, then you need to invite them to the house. The other person DOES NOT need to add this speaker to THEIR HOME or the speaker will not work properly. Parents checked it out for themselves. Fortunately, this is easily treated, Alice herself will tell you what to do in such a situation.

- We decided to give our parents a mini station, they were very happy. They talk with Alice, set alarms, check the weather, etc. They also met Alice, Alice now recognizes them by their voice and turns on their favorite music. She can also put on music that you tell her. For example: "Alice, turn on the music for work" Alice recognizes a whisper well and switches to it if someone starts talking to her in a whisper. You can also play cities with Alice.
- Alice doesn't want to meet me. My mom and I have similar voices, but not very much. Every time I tried to get to know her, she answered that she knew me.
