I have 3c in front and 4b in the middle. To even it out, I quickly applied the cream to section 4b of my hair. After rinsing, I add Cantu Argon Oil Leave to the conditioner. The next morning I wet my hair and added Camille Rose Honey to hydrate it. Now my curls are smooth and moisturized. You need to condition and moisturize your hair afterwards as the process will dry out your hair. I've had some hair loss as well, but nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to chemicals. Make sure everything is washed out and your hair is well conditioned and moisturized.
