As a beginner home baker I have enjoyed using this tool. The design is well thought out, the llama is easy to use and the box and other accessories are also remarkable. The bread llama is well weighted, so not too light and not too heavy. The wooden handle fits comfortably in the hand and is not too long. The design gives the user plenty of control for long, targeted shots and short, skillful cuts for more complex designs. The lamé includes the blades, a leather sheath for the used blade (very handy) and a pretty and attractive wooden storage box.
