I like the color but thought it was a little darker. It's hard to tell you have eyeshadow. Looks like shimmering light gold powder or bronzer. I would use it over regular eyeshadow. I first used an eyeshadow primer which only lasted a few hours before crumpling badly. When I got home I was in a mess and I didn't even dance or anything. I just went to family game night. Pretty easy to remove. I have brown eyes but I think blue will look better. I also tend to have tanned skin, so I think maybe that's why the color wasn't very strong. It will likely be more pigmented on fair skin. Doesn't blend very well but as it's not a concentrated color and looks more like a gloss you don't need to blend it out after application. Also, the lid doesn't stay in my makeup bag, which is a bit annoying. You can roll the wand down to keep it from getting too tangled if you don't mind losing the lid. It will probably be a great starter eyeshadow for young girls who want to start makeup or like to dress up.
