I am currently working from home due to Covid. I usually work in my living room and needed to be more organized and have a safe place for my laptop when I'm not using it. I came across this shelf that gave me everything I needed: deep shelves so nothing was on the edge, hooks for my headset, open areas so the charging cable could slide through and didn't look clunky, and other shelves (deep) for books etc., It was very easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and all parts were clearly labeled and separated. In addition, two brackets on the front panel facilitate installation. We love it so much I just bought another one to put across the living room as it is beautiful and matches our lamp set as well as many of my husband's bookshelves. Definitely worth ordering. A tip: When installing, do not fully tighten the screws until you have all the screws in each area. Everything is perfect when you do it. If you tighten one screw before inserting the other, the holes will not line up. The directions for this are clear. :)
