I bought this strap in July 2020 because it was thinner than all the others I've seen. All others are wide and too bulky for my hand (and hurt my wrist). Twice recently, the group has somehow parted ways with Fitbit without being asked. It turned back on with no problems, so I let it go. Last week the rubber stoppers that hold the bracelet in place broke within a few days and now I can't keep the clasp closed without them. So this group didn't even last a year. I'm sad because I liked this group. Now I have to try to find another strap that isn't so wide that it hurts my wrist.
