Exactly as pictured

I was looking for a new strap that isn't as wide as the Charge 3 strap. This strap is exactly what I was looking for. It's tapered, soft, and has 15 notches to make it long enough for larger wrists or small enough for smaller wrists. The mint and black colors are exactly as pictured and the strap is easy to put on and take off on the Charge 3. Fits well, poorly finished

I bought this strap in July 2020 because it was thinner than all the others I've seen. All others are wide and too bulky for my hand (and hurt my wrist). Twice recently, the group has somehow parted ways with Fitbit without being asked. It turned back on with no problems, so I let it go. Last week the rubber stoppers that hold the bracelet in place broke within a few days and now I can't keep the clasp closed without them. So this group didn't even last a year. Couldn't stand it - broke after a month of use!

Today the top clip of the strap broke and my FitBit flew off my wrist without my knowledge. I've been using this group for about a month. Of course it's outside the return window :( Luckily I found it about an hour after tracking my steps. When the band broke it also damaged the glass on my FitBit. I liked the look of the band but I will don't buy this again as a replacement I wear my fitbit 24/7 and need to make sure the strap is secure and doesn't come loose causing the fitbit to be lost or…
