I like that it is easy to use and has many different features for our organization. We have been able to track all of our assets as well as equipment repairs. Being able to keep up to date with where they are at in their process makes it easier when we get calls from customers about an issue or concern not knowing what steps were taken before calling us. It also helps us if someone gets hurt while working on one of our systems but does not know how to operate them properly. The only thing I dislike right now is that sometimes there can be some lag time between the system being updated and showing up on our website. This could potentially cause problems during emergencies such as fires. Also, having too much information out on your screen will make you feel overwhelmed.
