I use this product for our auto repair shop in Maine to keep track of all aspects related to vehicle repairs and service. It is very easy to learn and set up once it's installed! Would love more customization options such as different reports or additional fields that could be added if requested. I like that it is easy to use and has many different features for our organization. We have been able to track all of our assets as well as equipment repairs. Being able to keep up to date with where they are at in their process makes it easier when we get calls from customers about an issue or concern not knowing what steps were taken before calling us. I like that it is easy to use as well has all of my tools needed for our business in one place! It also allows me access from anywhere which makes life easier when working remotely or traveling between locations frequently!!
