Review on KeepTraK by Doug Virden

I use this product for our auto repair shop in Maine to keep track of all aspects related to vehicle repairs and service. It is very easy to learn and set up once it's installed! Would love more customization options such as different reports or additional fields that could be added if requested. For example, we would like to see when each individual part was checked off by technician so we can send reminders to technicians regarding how much time remains before next scheduled visit. Also, we need more information about customer interactions so that we are not just tracking visits but also what issues were discussed during each one. This allows us to monitor problems without calling customers every day to ask them questions.
