Review on πŸŽ’ Enhance Your Fitness Journey with the Heliofit Ruck Plate Rucking Backpack by Brian Rivera

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Does what it does, nothing more.

For just over a third of the Β£20 price of a brand name backpack plate I took a chance and would only recommend them for portability if you have the right backpack. I definitely prefer wider and shorter dumbbells. The handles on the sides are great for warm up moves like slow lower back stretches and high rep movements where holding the kettlebell in a grip can tire you - it works fantastic as it doesn't tire you out. The workmanship could have been better which means I have a feeling it will tear up my backpack as one of the sides isn't exactly smooth. It's clear that the cost of this is a third of the brand name, but for anything more I wouldn't turn down a laser cut panel. Also the powder coating could be improved or at least a different finish could be used.

Pros
  • BUILT FOR DURABILITY: From our 5-pound to 20-pound options, each plate is built to withstand intense workouts and arm workouts so you can kick your butt.
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
