Get the job done! for backpacks

Ordered these backpack plates just in time to make "Murph". Ideal for weighted push-ups and pull-ups. product as described.

ideal for rowing good for backpacks

Bought this weight after reading about "rollers". I can't run every day anymore, so I wanted to add another outdoor exercise. I also do some hiking and hope this will help me stay fit for 3-4 day backpacking trips. I have an old, unused work backpack with a laptop compartment and the weight slides in easily. I also have an old backpack. a water bladder for my backpack, so I fill it with ice and a few liters of water and put it in the main storage.

It's a flat iron plate weighing 20 pounds. Many uses, not just for training.

I don't use the weight in my backpack that often, but I use it almost every day in my workshop. It's a flat 20lb plate perfect for weighing down wood when gluing etc. I even use them with magnets to attach lights etc if needed. I also like to use it for various workouts - grab the handles and pull it straight out, move it over my head, etc. I have arthritis and find it much easier to hold than to hold on to a plate.

Hefty Hefty is the best luggage and travel gear

I started getting cancer by trying to build up my shoulder and back muscles to counteract the effects of desk work while doing cardio at the same time. This is a great practice method. I weighed about 22.5 pounds. but something more or less designed for a backpack was needed to avoid ending up with a very uncomfortable, unbalanced backpack. It helps a lot, I removed some of the weight in my backpack to add this but basically just wrapped it in a 16lb weight. weighted blanket totaling…

Does what it does, nothing more.

For just over a third of the Β£20 price of a brand name backpack plate I took a chance and would only recommend them for portability if you have the right backpack. I definitely prefer wider and shorter dumbbells. The handles on the sides are great for warm up moves like slow lower back stretches and high rep movements where holding the kettlebell in a grip can tire you - it works fantastic as it doesn't tire you out.
