Mine doesn't seem to come with instructions. Yes, newline is pretty easy, but is it better to put it on a negative or positive line? Does the circuit breaker depend on which side is the power source and which side is the outlet? I also assumed it should be attached directly to your battery post (but I understand how difficult this can be given the variety of configurations). ), but it doesn't, so you need a wire between the battery and that switch. They provided a couple of end connectors, but you still need to connect the wire. And just for CYA purposes I think they should include a chart detailing the gauge of wire you should be using. (Or maybe they do all that and I just didn't get any instructions?) It also comes with a clear lid - I'm not sure if the intent is to wear it all the time or not. Perhaps it's just for water resistance (not waterproof) in potentially wet situations. It's pretty hard to take off, but you have to take it off to activate the switches. Some of the English words in the ad text are pretty awful, so I don't know how they interpret the word "waterproof". name, but it's not waterproof. Whether it will work underwater or not I can't tell you, but if you say waterproof means the case won't let water into the device, that's dead wrong - it will. So functionally it's probably worth 4 stars, but it could be more robust in design and documentation. 3.5 stars
