I was deciding between the Performa and the Flex, and while they are both good, the Performa was 200 R. cheaper, and it came with a fan already installed and was very quiet. The Flex, on the other hand, is more efficient at low speeds because the intercoastal distance is larger, and adding a second fan (I put 800 rpm to the standard Scythe SlipStream) lowers the temperature by 3-5 degrees. In general, it is a good cooler, and I would recommend it to anyone Phenom II 955BE @ 3.6 in overclocking, in idle 32-35, in linpack maximum 48, and this is in overclocking and at 900 rpm, the base is mirrored, even, there is no fan with a resistor in the kit audible at all 900 rpm, a bunch of mounts are included. Price/quality is high; there are few comparable products; Phenom II 955BE @ 3.6 in overclocking; Various drawbacks include the following: high speeds produce a lot of noise; the directions are illogical; the pictures are of little use; I had to adjust it myself; there is very little paste included in the package; I could hardly smear it.
