First off I have to say this really fixed my controllers. But they will never feel or look the same again. I'll save it for you quickly. I am tech savvy and literally build my home theater in my basement with a 120 inch screen, bathroom and workshop. I know how to use tools and can fix most moderate projects with ease. So this rating is not due to my skills. The screwdrivers aren't perfectly aligned, misaligned, or set accurately so they ended up stripping at least 6 of the 8 screws I touched as they didn't fit properly and we hit the grooves at an angle. So this will be the first and last time I'll be able to replace them, as I literally had to rip apart (read: hack) my controllers to get to them. They'll give you a lock pick to help open it. The first side of the lockpick broke on my first attempt to open the controller. Luckily, the other two sides somehow held up and worked well. Then the first controller I fixed had serious problems with the joystick hovering It never came back to center (see photo). So I had to take it out again and put it in the second joystick. Luckily I only needed two. But if you needed all 4, you wouldn't be changed. Your instructions direct you to go to YouTube and see how to replace the controllers. Not her own video. I mean I literally just gave you the instructions they give you. I'm not sure why they even included them. With this I can use my controllers again. even though the plastic is now sticking out of the broken screws. I wouldn't buy them again.
