We recently had a power outage at home and our audio receiver, subwoofer and Nintendo Switch dock were destroyed. However, our TV and Playstation 4 work perfectly. All devices were connected to this surge protector. When I contacted support they said these models are ONLY for use with computers, modems and fax machines. They referred me to the fine print on their website which states that their $10,000 warranty and $25,000 warranty only cover computer-related equipment and exclude any broken items. Buyers think this surge protector is compatible? with computer devices (and televisions), which is different from stating that it should ONLY be used with those devices.
