Worst windshield mount I have ever used. Worse than the crappy clear vinyl mount that came with a cheap DVR a few years back. Cleaned the windshield very well with glass cleaner, wiped with a lint free microfiber cloth, removed the protective film from the suction cup, pressed evenly against the windshield and flipped the vacuum switch to lock it in place. The next morning he was on the floor of my car. Reattached after cleaning the suction cup and it fell off within 3 hours. I will not receive anything from this company again. It looked like a well-made silicone suction cup, but doesn't seem to hold a vacuum on perfectly clean glass. I'm very unhappy that I didn't even manage to hang something on it. You might as well sell me a rock for all the good things your product has done for me.
