I bought 2 of these DVRs for our cars. After a few weeks, the cameras kept falling off due to poor quality suction cups. Unfortunately, no return possible because the return period was exceeded. I would not recommend this item to anyone. I feel cheated and lost my money at this point. I don't even know if the seller pays attention to my rating and contacts me about the rating of the product.

Doesn't stick well to the windshield. It has to be in a certain place, otherwise it keeps falling. The thinnest, most minimal, tiny bend on the windshield keeps it from sticking. Worst windshield mount I have ever used. Worse than the crappy clear vinyl mount that came with a cheap DVR a few years back. Cleaned the windshield very well with glass cleaner, wiped with a lint free microfiber cloth, removed the protective film from the suction cup, pressed evenly against the windshield and flipped the vacuum switch to lock it in place.
