I just replaced the factory air filter on my Subaru WRX and it fits perfectly. The quality is similar to the factory filter. Collection: 1. Open the glove box.2. Loosen the damper on the right side by clamping the ends of the bolt at the end of the glove box.3. Lower the glove box until it stops by squeezing the sides of the glove box. This requires some strength. You will be able to feel where the glove box sticks to the dashboard.4. Squeeze each of the two sets of tabs on the old filter and pull toward you to remove.5. Insert the new filter with the arrow on the edge facing up. Tip: Instead of using an air freshener, place a drying cloth on the new filter before you put it in. The cabin will have a pleasant fresh air with the smell of linen. I'll be buying another one in 30,000 miles or so!
