The inside of the filter was not clean on arrival
The filter arrived with what at first appeared to be rust on the inside of the filter, in the area between the threads and the gasket. With some effort, most of it was erased, and then it became clear that it was a greasy substance. However, the filters should be very clean inside and this one wasn't.
