They are cute and one of my bettas loves it but it was very difficult to get the base into the suction cup. I have no idea why this part of the product is so poorly designed but I had to use a toothpick to push them down to attach two of these to the suction cup. I couldn't even attach the third one to the suction cup, despite many attempts and many broken toothpicks. You may need to use a small knife to push it in or cut a larger hole in the suction cup. Otherwise, once they appear, they are a good addition to any tank.
