The ones that might be visually interesting (like the scales of a goldfish) were hidden with mounting glue - e.g.
Slides are poorly prepared. The samples show little detail and very few of them were visually interesting. Those that could potentially be visually interesting (like goldfish scales) were obscured by applying "glue" - either duct tape or paper-like tape with a poorly prepared attachment medium. These are the slides that kids will get bored to death - nothing to see here!
