I love these little kitchen towels. In fact, they are like a very flat sponge. They are smaller than I expected, about half the size of a piece of paper, but I don't think they need to be much larger. They are great for reducing paper waste and reducing paper towel usage. They pick up spills very well and I love using them to wipe down counters and other flat surfaces. I made the mistake of removing the splatter from my textured wall and it started ruining the kitchen towel a bit. So I would definitely stick with smooth surfaces like counters, floors, ovens, microwaves, tables, cabinets, etc. The best part is that they are machine washable so you can use them over and over again!
