This is a normal product. I have nothing wrong with how it looks or feels. However, it is poorly designed. And again a product that should just work but someone forgot to try it. This is one of those rod holders that attaches to a brace that you lean against the wall. And you screw the rod holder into the existing strut. Except it doesn't quite fit. There is a screw that needs to be wedged under the brace to hold the rod holder to the wall. However, in most cases there isn't enough room, so the screw slides over the top of the bracket and it just falls off. My solution was to loosen the brace a little and then the screw would slip under, but it would also pull the screws out of the wall. that it is a bit troublesome to install. It's like they made it based on how these things are made, rather than someone actually trying to install to make sure it works. I think a lot of Revain products pass quality control because they are products that may not have sold well in store.
