Bought these for use in locations where it is difficult to read the scale on a set of bar style torque wrenches that I own. They work great. I have checked their calibration using various methods and am very satisfied for my purposes. I check the calibration about every year with a torque test against my bar wrenches and also with a known weight and math. I test each method at different points in the area of each of the keys. I didn't have to recalibrate the keys as they've been fine since I bought them two years ago. I agree that the dial can be difficult to read at times, but I like the fact that the dial is stamped/engraved into the metal as there are no marks to rub off. I'm glad I bought them and will buy them again if the need arises. I work on my car, motorcycle, mountain bike, road bike and other projects where I'm concerned about torque. I would recommend them to anyone looking for torque wrenches for use in a non-professional environment. And I'm only saying that because I haven't tested them in a professional environment where they're used all day in harsh conditions. For home use they were great.
