It has helped us in connecting our PLC with all other devices that we use. We can monitor everything from one screen instead of having to go through different screens/windows just to check each device separately. The interface is not user friendly at first but after some time you get used to it. I don't think there's anything bad about this product so far. Just try using it once and you will see how easy it gets! Our factory was completely isolated before when we had to manually open up every single program individually just to know whether or not something went wrong. Now, we are able to do that quickly by simply logging into the system via web browser.
