needed a place to put my jack. Saw it and thought it would be a good place for him. From the street. Installed in 15 minutes and then connected the socket. Light. Got a 98 TJ and they had the right bolts for it. I have no problem with my windshield washer banging against my windows. The hood will not fit completely against the window as before. But if I have to lean back that far, I can always remove the jack. I suggest buying a jack grip isolator. helps with rattling. My TJ vibrates a lot since I have oversized tires on it so the wing nuts sometimes come loose. Just a few turns and they're tightened again.
