This is a great product. I am 29 years old. an old man with decent DIY skills and was able to assemble it himself. If you're not that inclined you'll probably need help, but it's a really easy install and the instructions are clear and simple. I use it with a 19" Insignia LED TV in the kitchen. After a slight adjustment of the lever screws, it now moves smoothly. The factory settings are more for security, so they are a bit tight. They are easy to set up and the instructions describe how how to do it.The only reason I don't give it 5 stars - I wish there was slightly better cable management.It has a ton on each part of the arm that you can thread a zip tie through, but if you have more than have a few cables to the tv then it's a bit unwieldy..Overall this is a great wall mount.
