I checked everything and this is the best value for money for a screen mount of this size. They must have pan and tilt function, otherwise adjustments during installation are very troublesome. This mount looks great, works great and has all the features you need. The adjustment force is strong, but manageable when you hold the 22-inch screen by the edges.
