Great for thick steaks and roasts
I love cooking thick steaks and roasts on my grill, but it has been a big challenge for me to cook them evenly and I have to mix them in multiple places with one Thermometer check times to get it right. But not anymore! It's great, I can put the roast on the grill, place the probes in four different spots and control it remotely without having to lift the lid and repeatedly smack it. It really upped my game with large cuts of meat and now I no longer dream of cooking roasts without this appliance. Highly recommended.
