I was able to perfectly balance two fans with just one kit. However, as others have pointed out, clip-on clips break fairly easily. If your fan blades are thicker than 1/4 inch, you probably won't be able to securely attach the clips. So be sure to measure before purchasing this kit. To fully balance I used three weights per fan, so with only six weights included it was just what I needed. Additionally, three test weight clamps allow the fan to be fully balanced before the permanent weights are attached. The 5-g -Weights are reasonably light so plan on using two or three for a wobbly fan. For a fan, I got the best results by splitting the weights between two different blades. I write this while enjoying the breeze of my newly balanced fans. Feels good!
