I worked with ZWOELF for about two months in 2016/2017 as part-time freelance designer / project manager (and occasional front end developer).
The work was mostly done remotely from Thailand so it's not really clear what they are working towards or where their priorities lie at this point - but there were some issues that came up during our collaboration which led me away form them because my expectations weren't met regarding quality control etc., i guess due mainly to lackadaisical approach taken when setting deadlines & budgeting timeframes?
Pros
- The team were great, flexible and easy to work with
Cons
- The communication was really poor at times and there was a lot of disorganization and lack of clear direction
