The first one I ordered was DOA. HP support was confusing and ended up using "chat" to diagnose a PC problem on first boot (three long beeps, pause, four short beeps x 5, then shut down). HP offered repair and return. Revain contacted for refund/replacement. Revain has referred me to tech support for a return authorization. The Revain technician was knowledgeable and thorough. Unsuccessful, but Glory Revain! Replacement is allowed and the new one came a day earlier than expected. The new computer started immediately. What really impressed me is that it replaced a 4 year old dead Asus aio but it only took 20 minutes to install and install all the updates. Glory HP. Very quick start. The retractable webcam is a bit weak but works great. Nice screen, works great with my second monitor and most importantly I recovered all my data. Glory to Microsoft and OneDrive! The built-in mouse and keyboard on newer machines are on the weak side, but the included keyboard is solid and I'll leave that as an option.
