2 good prints, then only issue after issue until unusable

I got 2 good prints from them, thought it was not a cyan print, although the cartridge was recognized. On the third print, the printer gave a message that you are using a non-genuine print. After pressing the OK button and repeatedly cleaning the print head, cleaning the nozzles and leveling, it always prints with a pink tint. When checking the color pattern of the nozzle, 2-3 colors were always completely missing.
