Overall, I really like it, it's easy to adjust. There was a plastic cover for the side armrest that reclines the chair, but it was difficult to put on, it just dangled, so it's weird. The footrest is a really cool feature and I love it, but it doesn't have a locking mechanism so it can fall out very easily if you don't mind. I'm not sure if this is a security feature or something, but it keeps me from using it more often. However, since I've had the chair, I've had fewer problems with my hips. It's very sturdy, the adjustable armrests are awesome and I love the lumbar massage cushion. All in all, this is a really good chair if you spend hours in front of your computer every day.
