Excellent delivery service. It arrived in the US quickly, in two days. It looks like it could be a good monitor if I had a way to plug it in and try it out. used in the US what I need. However, the only power supply in the box appears to be European style with large round pins and includes an adapter to convert to large flat "built-in" pins, NOT the small parallel blades used in the US. I will update my review when I can get a suitable power supply to test and use in the US. The label on the box reads: X002KZCUDT (Barcode) Security Monitors 10"L.io Displays CCTV Screen (Chinese Characters at the time) UPDATE to a higher rating after Revain gave me credit to buy a US PSU: This is a great clear monitor with a small wide viewing angle that I highly recommend I like having the buttons on the front so I can embed them in the body and not have to hunt for the buttons that most other monitors do have. Hide behind the front of the monitor. The power LED is a little bright so I can put a piece of tape on it to diffuse the light a bit. The front panel menu buttons are a little confusing but the included remote comes with it Circle buttons makes navigating the menu very easy ! It would be a 5 star rating if the seller had made sure the power adapter is for the US and not Europe . Luckily the standard 12 volt 1 amp camera power supply Observation (about $9 at Revain) works great and I think the DC plug is 5.5mm x 2.1mm. Before buying, you can ask the seller to ensure that an American power adapter is included in the box. The thickness measurements only show the thickness of the faceplate, not the overall depth of the device, which is actually around 1 1/4 inches. A great bonus is the included wall mount. The USB port displays photo slideshows and even plays videos at high volume. I would definitely buy this again.
