Spark plugs are damaged but boxes are ok
Shipping box with four spark plugs was undamaged. Every single box of spark plugs was undamaged. However, two of the four spark plugs on the ignition side were broken. One of them was smashed so badly that the pottery broke. The other one was so broken and out of place that I didn't even try to fix it. One of the spark plugs did not have a protective cover but appeared intact. So one was expected from an intact box of four plugs. I returned all four.
