Review on Aisilk by Stephen Cooper

I recently bought an AC adaptor from Aisilk, however I regrettably had a really negative experience. The item wasn't in the condition it was described in on their website and it arrived late. The website claimed the adapter was compatible with my device, however it was not. I made several attempts to get in touch with their customer service department, but each time I did, I encountered inept and unresponsive agents. They failed to provide me with a solution to my issue and were uninterested in listening to my worries. Additionally, the adapter's performance was poor due to its poor quality. I ultimately had to buy a replacement from a different business, which was a waste of time and money. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone seeking for electronics or power accessories to purchase from Aisilk. Their products are subpar in quality, poorly presented, and have bad customer service. It's awful that I had to go through something so bad, but I hope that others won't feel the same annoyance and disappointment.
