Prints less than 4,000 pages compared to the stated 10,000 pages
We bought this toner as a reversal toner once our HP64X ran out. We opened the box yesterday and to our surprise this toner was empty Printing less than 4000 pages, Bitonal. We don't know what to do? I'm trying to contact Revain to get some permission. What can we do to get a refund or replacement? The product is said to print around 10,000 pages.
