Prints normally at first. But when it was almost 20%, it faded on the left side of the prints. We shook the toner cartridge and it still didn't help. We contacted HP customer support for a replacement but they refused.

I have been using these cartridges since I got my Laserjet P4014n about 4 years ago. In that time I have printed over 50,000 pages. I get at least 12,000 printed pages per cartridge. The cartridge is rated for 10,000 printed pages, so I get more. I think there is an alternative cartridge rated at 20,000 pages, but it costs about twice as much, so there is no financial benefit there.
