This straight line radar detector power cable is great! Very easy to install and saves money! I used to have to go to my local Custom Auto Shop (EAS) here in Colorado Springs to install the radar detector wiring for my cars. But that was BEFORE I knew about this product. They charged $80 for a job that took me 5 minutes! For most cars and trucks, all you need to do is select the correct size wire (pins) from the set of three they will send you for your specific rear view mirror connector. . On most newer model cars you just need to find the power and ground and connect carefully to the back of the mirror wiring harness (see instructions supplied). I didn't need 2 minutes. Pros: - Easy install - Cheaper - Professional look (no dangling cords) Cons: - Smaller black zip ties recommended (and a few more included - (3) included) Overall a great product. It saves you money and time and gives your car a professional and clean look. Stop paying $60 or even $80 to "individual" car dealerships to do something this simple.
