I bought this on purpose so I wouldn't have to go to Ford to recalibrate the steering. I've already bought an ODMII device and tried to use the Forscan app for it, but it didn't work at all. Then I took it, although it was much more expensive. I was sad that after receiving this product my problem was not really solved. It keeps saying unable to connect. But all other modes seemed to work fine, so I knew it wasn't my problem. I had low expectations at the time, but I contacted support to let them know. They sent me a file to overwrite in the scanner software. It worked like a charm! My steering wheel no longer pulls to the left!
