The best part was that the team I worked with was very professional - they were not only knowledgeable but caring too! Nothing really!! They have helped me to get better revenue per patient at my practice. It's been fantastic working remotely together over Zoom - it has made our work life easier. We had some challenges getting started after COVID-19 hit, which is something we needed help solving quickly. They came through for us even though both parties were remote from each other so far away from home state! The best thing about MGSI is that they are very responsive to any questions or concerns that one might have. They go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. There is nothing I dislike about them. The only downside with their services is that it is quite costly compared to other companies. We were looking for a service provider who could handle our medical billing needs. We needed someone who could provide us with quality work. We found just that with MGSI.
