I loved that they work well for any project you need help with! We worked on some large site projects together where there were many companies to consider but this was by far their top choice overall quality of staff/support team along customer care is awesome too!! Super happy client after working closely w our web designer over last couple years at accept&proceed. They are quick responsive always have something new under way very willing go above an extra mile in support when needed. Working alongside each other has been amazing - no hard feelings from one party or another all about business needs only :) Great communication flow between my office manager aswell which i appreciated so much! I like that it is easy to use for small businesses as well. It's very simple and straight forward which makes it great for beginners. The only thing i dislike about this software is that sometimes you have to wait for your payment processing before they can start working with you. We are solving customer service issues by using this software. This allows us to keep track of our customers' requests without having them come in person or call us directly.
